Rebates

The best time of year to tune-up your heating unit is as the seasons change. Regular maintenance keeps systems running smoothly and at peak performance. To help keep your heating and air conditioning system in tip-top shape, Nicor Home Services offers seasonal specials including air conditioning rebates for service and new installations. During the winter season we offer heating specials for furnace cleaning and special rates on duct cleaning.

Our heating specials include rebates on select energy-efficient equipment like furnaces and heat pumps. During the summer season, our air conditioning rebates save you money on repairs, maintenance and new installations.

Rebates of up to $3,500* on select Carrier energy efficient air conditioners and furnace systems.

*Carrier cool cash rebates of up to $1,250 on select energy efficient air conditioners and furnace systems. To qualify for the carrier cool cash rebates, equipment must be purchased between 3/1/2013 and 6/30/2013, installed by 7/15/13, and rebate must be claimed by 7/31/2013. Up to $1,500 in dual Nicor Gas/ComEd customer rebates on qualified equipment. To qualify for the utility rebates, equipment must be purchased between 11/19/2012 and 5/31/2013, installed by 7/15/13. If the equipment is purchased and installed February 1, 2013 through April 30, 2013 you can qualify for the additional ComEd rebate of $250. Federal Tax Credits for 2013: $300 for an Air Conditioner, $150 for a Furnace and $50 for a high efficiency ECM Motor. Check with your tax advisor to confirm your eligibility for federal tax credits. Utility rebate program subject to change and/or funding availability. Additional requirements apply for all rebates.

To help customers finance new units, Nicor Home Services offers a 36-month, 0% interest plan for qualified buyers as well as a number of other payment options.

Nicor Home Services’ expert hvac dealers are Carrier distinguished dealers and factory authorized representatives who work with customers who wish to take advantage of Carrier specials including trade-ins, upgrades and rebates. Carrier offers special financing terms to customers who purchase new energy-efficient heating and air conditioning units. We care about your comfort and the quality of air that circulates through your house.
